Wrong shipping address


If you provided an incorrect shipping address, and you noticed it before your order shipped, please reach out to [email protected] immediately to avoid shipping delays. 

You can also use the livechat feature here.


If the order already shipped and can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you and help you redirect the package to the correct address. 

Please note that additional shipping costs may apply. 

If we do not hear back from you the item may be returned to us and you’ll be required to cover additional shipping costs to receive your item in the future. 


Contacting local delivery services for pickup

Some regions require you to pick up your shipment from the local post office. 
The delivery companies will inform you directly.

Please note that some post offices will return or destroy your package if they are not picked up within 7 days. 


Handling delivery restrictions for specific countries

Packages to New Zealand or Norway may be split into 2 packages of the board and the battery individually. 


Packages delivered but not received

The Shipping companies are responsible for lost or claims of shipments that were not received. 

Based on their policies, the receiver of the package needs to handle claims.
Meepo as the sender has limited access to your order's shipping status. 

We support you where we can, but ultimately the shipping providers require you to communicate directly with them.


Orders out of delivery range & extra fees

Some regions or areas may be out of our standard delivery zones. 

We will calculate the additional costs before we fulfill your order and contact you with the request to cover the additional fees. 

You may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
