How to update, add information or change an order

We can only make changes to order information or order contents before the order is shipped. 

Please reply to your order confirmation email with any requests you may have.

Shipping multiple orders in one package

If you placed an order and the next day remember to add another accessory or product, please reach out to us so we can make sure to combine all items into one package to deliver to you.

The best way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation email.

Cancelling an order

We can only accept order cancellations before the items are shipped.

After the units are shipped, for European Union regions, we offer a 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a third party receive the goods.

The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will arrange a pickup for your item.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
