Covered items include:<ol><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Motor</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">ESC</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Battery</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Remote</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Chargers</li></ol><h3 dir="ltr" id="-2"> </h3><h3 dir="ltr" id="isPasted">Extended Warranty:</h3>You have the option to purchase extended warranties of 12 or 24 months during the checkout process.&#xA0;<h3 dir="ltr" id="-3"> </h3>The following are not covered by the warranty:Easy-to-break parts such as front wheels, decks, belts, grip tape, and PU sleeves are not covered (except if reported as defective within 7 days of delivery).Damage caused by intentional damage, such as violence, modifications, unauthorized repairs, failure to follow the instructions in the user manual, negligence (e.g., using the battery for a long time at high power without timely charging), or abuse.The Meepo skateboards are waterproofed to the level of IP56, which means they can prevent splashing water and dust under normal conditions. However, it is not fully waterproof. If you ride over puddles or submerge your board in water, water may damage the electrical parts. Riding in the rain is also dangerous, especially when accelerating, braking, or turning. The internal components are not waterproof, and the battery label will turn red if water enters.Transactions involving resold/refurbished skateboards are not covered under warranty.&#xA0;The warranty is only available to the original purchaser and does not cover second-hand boards.<a href="https://meepoboard.net/policies/refund-policy" style="text-decoration:none;"> </a><h2 id="isPasted">Process of filing warranty claims</h2> <h3 dir="ltr" id="isPasted">Making a Warranty Claim</h3>If you are within your warranty period and encounter issues with your board please follow these steps to make a warranty claim: 1. Receive your replacement For boards purchased after August 20, 2024:&#xA0; If your board is damagedand arrange a pickup of your current board, and send it to our repair center. At the same time, we will send you a new board for replacement. For boards purchased before August 20, 2024: We do not exchange new boards. The warranty only covers replacement parts.&#xA0; We will send you the parts free of cost and provide you with repair instructions. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a third party receive the goods.The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.We will arrange a pickup for your item.Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
